The first episode was delayed 5 days so it hasn't aired yet.

As I read, I should be a continuation of the last "Cat" Arc.

The official website for the television anime adaptation of NisiOisin's Bakemonogatari light novels has announced on Tuesday that it will distribute the unaired "Tsubasa Cat - Part 3" episode on November 2, five days later than the planned October 28 date. The notice explained that the delay was due to the production schedule. The website has already been streaming a 32-second preview for this episode since September 25.

The television run of the anime ended on September 25 with the 12th episode, "Tsubasa Cat - Part 2," but the official website confirmed on September 25 that Parts 3 through 5 will be distributed online, one episode after the other. In a July interview, director Akiyuki Shinbo mentioned his plans to animate 15 episodes. However, the Japanese broadcasting schedule usually allows only 12 to 13 episodes per cours (13-week block). Because of this, Shinbo said that the staff at the SHAFT anime studio would probably air the first 12 episodes, and distribute the remaining three episodes on the official homepage for free.

epi 13 finally up, although the quality is just a "bit" lower, just a bit, its all cool no big deal, and its late like a week, ok no big deal, all i can say,

This ep was great. Eventhough this was a continuation of the "Cat Arc" it seemed more like a new beginning. Well done. It almost makes you sad to think such a great series is about to end.

Its pretty rare that such an obscure story can really catch ones interest like this one did me.
There were some instances in this last episode 13 that was a little over the top- but i really like the story and characters overall.

Now from what I hear there will be other series based of the writers novels with the same style of word play and such? Any truth to this rumor? Well in the meantime I just wish they'd hurry up and show the final eps. All this waiting and teasing just to wait for them to stream it, is killing me.
